What this page shows
Every service above is checked from outside our network, from several countries, about once a minute. The page updates itself, so what you see is the situation right now — not a summary written by hand after the fact. Uptime is counted over the last 30 days.
What the colours mean
Green means the service answers normally. Amber means it still answers but slower than usual, or one of several checks failed — most people will not notice anything. Red means the service did not answer the last checks and customers are affected.
If something is red
We are already working on it: our team is alerted automatically the moment a check fails, day or night — nobody has to report it first. Your data stays where it is; an outage means a service is unreachable for a while, not that anything is lost. If your own site is affected and you need an update, open a ticket from the client area and mention the service name.
Planned maintenance
Work that can interrupt a service is announced by email beforehand and scheduled at night Jakarta time, when traffic is lowest. Security updates that cannot wait are applied immediately and explained afterwards.
