Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

We want you to be happy with Trivacloud. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is possible. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. 72-hour satisfaction guarantee

New customers can request a full refund within 72 hours of the first activation of a service (KVM VPS, NAT VPS or bot hosting), if:

  • it is the first order for that service type on the account (one refund per customer);
  • the request is made through a support ticket within 72 hours of activation;
  • the Service has not been suspended or terminated for a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Not refundable

  • Renewal payments.
  • Services used for less than a full billing period after the 72-hour window, including early cancellation of monthly or yearly plans.
  • Setup fees, additional IP addresses and custom work, where applicable.
  • Services suspended or terminated because of abuse, fraud or a violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Fees charged by payment providers, banks or currency conversion, where these are not returned to us.

3. How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Midtrans or PayPal) whenever possible, or as account credit if you prefer.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after approval. The time until the money appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunded Services are terminated and their data deleted.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a Service at any time from the client area. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period unless the Service qualifies under section 1.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback — most issues can be solved quickly. Accounts with a chargeback may be suspended while the case is reviewed.

6. Contact

To request a refund, open a ticket in the client area or email support@trivacloud.com with your invoice number.
