Who it is for. A KVM server is the right choice when you need the machine to be yours alone: a production website, a control panel such as CyberPanel or aaPanel, a database, a staging environment, or an application that needs its own IP address. You install what you want and nothing is shared with other customers except the hardware underneath.
What you get from the first minute. Full root access over SSH with a key or password, your own IPv4 and IPv6, and a client area where you can restart, reinstall or change the root password yourself. Reinstalling between Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04, Debian 12 and AlmaLinux 9 takes a few minutes and keeps the same IP addresses. DDoS protection is always on at network level and costs nothing extra.
Two things we say up front. Outgoing port 25 is blocked on every server to protect the reputation of our network — send mail through an authenticated SMTP relay on port 587 or 465, or through an email provider. And our servers stand in Beauharnois, Canada: excellent for international audiences and for anything served through Cloudflare, while visitors in Indonesia will see roughly 200 ms of extra latency compared with a local server.
